Welcome To Lazy Mountain

This site has been established as an information gateway about the happenings on Lazy Mountain, AK. I'm a 16 year resident of the community. A 30 + year Alaskan , and a U.S. Army Veteran. I spent quite a few years fighting the Cold War and defeating Socialism and Communism and am damn sure not going to allow it in my local community with out a fight.

I've been complacent like the majority of decent hard working residents of Lazy Mountain, sitting back and enjoying life, not paying close attention to what my neighbor's were up too. Now I find out that property rights are being trampled on by the so called representatives of the Lazy Mountain Community. That the thrice voted down comprehensive plan has been approved by a mere 38 out of over 400 residence and awaits Borough approval. Time for us all to wake up and pay attention.

On this site you will find a recording of the each months community council meeting , as I'm able to attend them. Documenting Whats been said and plotted . You will also find a blog containing my interpretation of events at these meetings and what I feel are the consequences of the meeting for you the Lazy Mountain resident.
